Quotes
- The quote you see on this website is worked out from your answers. Scott checks every quote and confirms it within 24 hours.
- If your business turns out to be different from what you told us, we will talk to you before the price changes.
- A quote is not a contract. Our work starts once you have signed our engagement letter, which sets out exactly what we will do and our full terms of business.
- Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
- We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our fees.
Referrals and offers
- Business bank accounts: when you open a Revolut, Tide or Monzo business account through our referral, the bank may pay you up to £500. The amount depends on the bank and its offer at the time, and the bank's own terms and eligibility rules apply. We receive a referral fee from the bank. It costs you nothing and doesn't change the bank's offer to you.
- Pocket Docket: Keep Your Profits clients get 25% off the Pocket Docket app, launching 1 November 2026. The app's own terms apply.
- Our network: when we introduce you to someone in our network, they work for you directly under their own terms. If we receive a referral fee for an introduction, we will tell you before you agree to anything.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything we've done, please tell Scott directly on 07999 477078 or keepyourprofits@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and work with you to put it right.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland deal with any dispute.
